Ontslagprocedure - WAT IS ONTSLAG?

Grappig om te zien dat deze twee termen verschillende invalshoeken hebben; een negatieve en een positieve. Wat ze gemeen hebben is dat het beide om geld gaat. Een ontslagvergoeding is soms heel veel, soms niet meer dan een kleine pleister op de grote wond. Maar wat moet u nu doen met dat geld? Uitgeven, sparen?
